Residential Property Conveyancer

A leading law firm in East Sussex are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer to join my clients practise in Battle. You will be responsible for a mixed case load of property matters which could include:

• Help to buy
• Freehold and Leasehold matters
• New builds
• Shared ownership
• Granting, disposal and acquisition of leases

My client is an established law firm, with a strong presence in East Sussex. They combine legal excellence with a highly personalised professional service, giving them a loyal and expanding client base.

The Candidate

We are encouraging applications from solicitors, conveyancer’s and legal executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.

• Experience in Residential Property is essential.
• Comfortable handling high value transactions
• Exceptional client care skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• The ability to manage a heavy case load
