Inpatient Mental Health Practitioner (Associate)

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Associate Practitioner to join the inpatient mental health team. You will work independently within the nursing team and MDT to provide 24/7 access and information in the Trust locality, with shift patterns across days, nights and weekends.

The role requires flexibility, a leadership approach and the ability to train new starters on the unit. DBS checks are required and staff are expected to support safeguarding and equality commitments.
