Pret Foundation is seeking a Training and Delivery Lead to design, deliver and scale its employability, skills and progression programmes, creating a national talent pipeline for sustainable hospitality careers.

You will develop a best-in-class employability model integrating training, placements, employer engagement and progression support, coordinating with partners to create clear pathways from unemployment into work and supporting Rising Star development.
