Field BDM – Central Region | Uncapped Commission + Training

Travail Employment Group is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the Central region. The role is field-based, with a £30,000 basic salary (negotiable) plus uncapped commission, and a clear path to growth within a growing materials handling equipment provider.

The ideal candidate will build a robust sales pipeline, visit customers, and develop long-term business relationships across hire, sales, service and parts.
