Swimming Programs Lead & Safeguarding Champion

The Blue Coat School seeks a dynamic Swimming Programme Lead to manage and develop its swimming teachers, organise galas, and ensure high-quality, safe lessons for pupils. You will work with the Director of Sport to promote standards and plan engaging sessions for all abilities.

Lead on preparing for competitions, build strong relationships with parents and Governors, and contribute to after-hours events as required.
