Field IT Support Engineer – On-Site & VIP Incident Response

Fervimax Group seeks experienced IT Field Service Engineers to deliver hands-on on-site IT support across the UK. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install and configure equipment, and participate in IMACD activities at multiple client locations.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents, providing Remote Hands support, and managing tickets in ServiceNow while prioritising VIP incidents per SLAs. Some travel to client sites will be required.
