Customer Success Manager: Skincare Tech for Salons/Spas

OA Group is recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join our client’s growing team in Elstree. You will nurture relationships with professional salons, spas and clinics, guiding onboarding, training and product adoption to maximise value.

This role is office-based, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. You will collaborate with Sales, Training, Technical Support and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive retention.
