Out-of-Hours Crisis Clinician – Mental Health

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust’s SPA/OOH team seeks motivated Band 6 clinicians or Band 5 practitioners for an overnight crisis response role across London, including home visits in pairs. You will conduct clinical triage, risk assessments and determine care pathways to support urgent mental health needs.

You will triage calls, coordinate shifts, supervise junior staff, and liaise with CNWL services and statutory providers.
