Shift Lead — Barista Team & Customer Experience

Starbucks Harlow – Harvey Shopping Centre is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations, work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and lead baristas on shift to deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming cafe atmosphere.

You will open and close the store, coach teammates, manage cash handling and till accuracy, monitor beverage and food quality, and assist with inventory and ordering.
