Community Youth Worker: Empower Students & Families

Tapestry Learning Partnership is seeking a dedicated individual to support scholars and families by building links with community organisations, services and external agencies. The post-holder will provide guidance, advocacy and targeted support to help remove barriers to learning, raise aspirations, improve attendance and behaviour, and promote positive outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged scholars.
