Senior Community Palliative Care Nurse

Dorothy House invites applications for a Community Nurse Specialist, Band 6, delivering specialist palliative care across the community. This full-time post covers 37.5 hours per week, across East Somerset, with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.

You will manage a caseload of patients with life-limiting illness, support symptom management, and collaborate with GPs and hospital colleagues to coordinate high-quality care.
