Head of Finance & Systems – 4-Day Week Hybrid

Ashdown Group is seeking a Head of Finance / Senior Systems Accountant for a leading charity. The role combines hands-on accounting with systems change, process improvement and reporting, during a period of organisational transition.

The position offers hybrid working (two days in South West London), a 4-day, 30-hour week, and opportunities to lead automation-driven improvements while supporting and developing the finance team.
