Pleo is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our UK & Ireland team. You’ll help mid-market customers maximise the value of Pleo’s spend management platform and partner with CX, Onboarding, AM, Sales and Product to scale our solutions across the UK and Ireland.
You will own the adoption journey, nurture relationships, and drive renewal and expansion through proactive adoption and health metrics. Fluency in English and 7+ years in customer-facing roles are required.
