The Role
We are recruiting Support Workers to support adults in community and care settings across Leeds and West Yorkshire.
You’ll play a key role in promoting independence, supporting daily living, and responding professionally to challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities
Support adults with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Encourage independence and development of life skills
Support individuals to attend appointments, activities, and community events
Respond calmly to challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques and support plans
Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing, escalating concerns as required
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with care teams and families
What We Offer
£12.71 – £14.00 per hour, paid weekly

About You
Essential Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a support work role
Right to work in the UK
Two satisfactory professional references
PMVA / MAPA training desirable (not essential)
