UK Operations Lead — Flexible 3–5 Day Manufacturing & Logistics

Ten Human Resources is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Gloucestershire site, overseeing manufacturing, procurement, logistics and administration with a focus on operational excellence.

This role offers flexible working patterns (3, 4, or 5 days per week) and a smooth handover from the retiring manager, with the opportunity to shape and lead the UK operation in collaboration with the Owner/MD.
