What are you going to do:

• Assist with personal care , meal preparation and medication – Adults, children, young people
• Building trusting relationship with vulnerable individuals who require emotional support – Adults, children and young people
• Support young people build life skills.
• Accompany all service users to appointments, outdoor activities, day centres. Children and young people – school
• Maintain dialy logs recording individuals well-being.
