Wine Retail Trainee Manager: Grow to Store Leader

Majestic Wine Stroud is looking for a dynamic, ambitious Trainee Manager. You will embark on a 12-month development programme to gain a detailed understanding of store operations, service standards and leadership skills needed to become a future Majestic Store Manager.

As a store ambassador you will drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, manage tastings and product knowledge, support stock deliveries and merchandising, and travel as needed to support surrounding stores.
