Nursery Third in Charge — Lead & Safeguard (12-Month)

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool in North Finchley is seeking a Third in Charge for our North Finchley nursery on a fixed-term maternity cover of 12 months. You will lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring safeguarding and child welfare.

Responsibilities include promoting the nursery to support occupancy, building strong partnerships with parents and professionals, and acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required.
