HR Officer: Shape Culture & People Impact Nationwide

The Fedcap Group is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join the People Team and provide expert HR advice to managers and colleagues across the business. You will manage employee relations matters, support organisational change, and help create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with leaders, analyse HR data, ensure lawful and policy-compliant processes, and contribute to TUPE activities and key HR projects.
