Hybrid Conveyancer – Residential Property Expert

NPA Recruit is seeking a qualified Conveyancer to work on residential property transactions in Bradford. The role involves verifying titles, drafting contracts, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders and agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern with 3-4 days in the office per week. You’ll need a valid practicing certificate and at least 3 years PQE in residential property.
