Waythrough is seeking a dedicated Recovery Navigator to join the Calderdale Recovery Steps Team in Halifax. The role focuses on building recovery plans, engaging individuals, and coordinating with partners to reduce substance-related harm and improve wellbeing.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying co-production principles and ensuring appropriate treatment intensity and timely progression for service users in Calderdale.
