- Support Senior Sales Managers with day-to-day client engagement, profitability calculations, call reports, and ad hoc tasks Draft credit memos and annual reviews for structured transactions
- Join client calls and, when ready, lead some calls under the supervision of a Senior Sales Manager
- Engage with Middle-Office, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure client queries and service delivery are handled efficiently
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including relationship bankers, portfolio management, credit, legal, compliance, and tax
- Review legal documentation for vanilla and structured finance transactions
- Develop expertise to help Senior Sales Managers deliver HSBC’s strategies and growth initiatives
- Conduct sales performance analytics using CRM systems such as CME and income reporting tools such as Omnia to understand revenue streams and identify trends
- Identify missing fees and charges and coordinate actions to rectify them
