Integrated Mental Health Therapist II – Team-Based Care

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking an Integrated Mental Health Therapist II to join a medical setting. The role focuses on diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and collaborative case management with an emphasis on motivational interviewing and wellness coaching for adults, children, and families.

The IMHT II helps stabilize emotional and behavioral concerns, coordinates with care teams, and supports suicide risk assessment and crisis referrals as needed.
