Senior Director, Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring & Credit Risk

OakNorth is hiring for a senior role overseeing a book of complex real estate and property-backed loans in the UK. You’ll own customer relationships and post-origination credit risk, including stressed assets, with a cross-border analyst team in India.

The portfolio spans residential and commercial real estate, student accommodation, and related lending facilities. You’ll monitor the book, manage RCFs and loan-on-loan facilities, and make in-life credit decisions within your authority.
