Support Worker

ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Support Workers to work within care services across Glasgow.

These roles offer regular ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:

• Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plans
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Supporting with personal care and hygiene
• Assisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routines
• Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents
• Ensuring a clean and safe living environment

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliability and the ability to work independently
• A current PVG certificate or willingness to join the scheme

• Rate of £18.90 for any work completed after 37 hours
