Clear IT Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join an established and highly regarded Commercial Property team based in Worthing, England.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property law
• Previous fee-earning experience within a solicitors’ practice
• Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload
• Strong communication, client care, and organizational skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Managing an independent caseload of Commercial Property matters from initial instruction to completion
• Advising clients across a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and conducting legal research
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, businesses, and third parties
• Ensuring work meets high standards of client care, accuracy, and compliance with regulations

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £40,000.00/yr – £60,000.00/yr (dependent on skills and experience)

Mode: On-site in Worthing, England
