Sales Development Representative

Overview

Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to kickstart or grow your career in tech sales? We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Manchester.

Pay

£30,000 base salary with an achievable £15,000 OTE. This range is provided by Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach
• Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships
• Working closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM and contributing to team targets

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not essential
