Attendance & Welfare Lead – Secondary School

Boston Spa Academy is seeking an Attendance and Welfare Officer to join our pastoral team. The role focuses on promoting excellent attendance and punctuality, removing barriers to attendance, and ensuring every student can reach their potential.

The successful candidate will work with students, families, pastoral leaders, and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a driving licence, experience with young people in a secondary school setting, and strong communication skills.
