Night Care Assistant (Bank) – Flexible Hours, Small Home

Taliesin Residential Home Ltd in Tonypandy is seeking a Bank Care Assistant (Nights) to join a small, dedicated team caring for older people. Shifts run 10:00pm–7:00am in a waking nights model, with flexibility under a zero-hours contract.

You will provide person-centred care, reassurance and companionship, helping residents feel safe and at home while respecting their life stories and preferences.

No prior experience required, full training provided, and opportunities to progress within the home.
