Night Shift Logistics Leader – Drive Performance and Safety

LRL is seeking an experienced Process Manager to take the lead on a night shift operation in Coventry, working on behalf of one of the UK’s largest logistics companies. You will manage the night shift, guide Supervisors and Team Leaders, allocate labour and resources, and ensure service, productivity and safety targets are met.

This fast-paced role requires strong leadership, data analysis, cost control and a drive for continuous improvement across the operation.
