Front of House Leader – Member Experience & Club Ops

Nuffield Health Kingston Fitness & Wellbeing club is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to greet members and visitors, lead the reception team, and maintain service standards in a busy health club environment.

You will manage daily front-of-house operations, handle member queries, and support two duty manager shifts weekly. A customer-focused, detail-oriented leader with strong communication skills is ideal.
