SEND Careers Coach for Young People (13–25)

Essex County Council is recruiting a SEND Careers Support Officer in Chelmsford to provide initial information, advice and guidance to young people with SEND aged 13–25 and their networks. The role focuses on raising aspirations, confidence and progression through person-centred support and collaborative partnerships.

You will track participation, support pathways, and contribute to group workshops and PfA activities, working under SEND Careers Leads with a flexible, compassionate approach.
