1:1 Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – SEN Support (Reading)

Academics is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a Specialist School in Reading, with an ASAP start. You will support pupils with complex needs including PMLD, ASD, physical disabilities, and communication/sensory challenges in a warm, inclusive setting.

The role covers 1:1 and small group work, helping with personalised plans and activities, and fostering independence and life skills. Training and ongoing support are provided for a rewarding challenge.
