Pastoral Support Officer – Student Wellbeing & Engagement

Newport City Council, in partnership with Llanwern High School, is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to support students’ academic, social and emotional progress. The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting attendance procedures.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with students, families and staff, showing resilience and inclusive practice, to enable full access to education.
