Deel is seeking a Growth Marketing Science Lead to architect and drive the company’s Test and Learn ecosystem. You’ll steer a high-velocity experimentation roadmap across channels, optimizing spend and extracting growth levers through data-backed briefs and advanced attribution models.
You will partner with Analytics Engineering to build scalable data models in Snowflake and present lift and incremental results via dashboards, shaping strategy and performance for a global SaaS business.
