Head of Engagement | Manchester (Hybrid)
I’m working exclusively on a confidential search for a Head of Player Engagement with one of the most exciting marketing businesses in the iGaming industry.
The group behind this opportunity remains under NDA until the interview process, but it’s a globally recognised business operating at huge scale. This is a rare chance to lead player engagement across multiple international markets, with ownership spanning lifecycle, loyalty, social content and community.
The Role
- Own regional player engagement strategy across multiple international markets.
- Lead a cross-functional team across CRM, Loyalty, Social Content and Community.
- Drive lifecycle campaigns, loyalty programmes and player engagement initiatives.
- Shape content, messaging and community activity across key markets.
- Partner with Product, CRM, Analytics and Brand teams to deliver commercially impactful campaigns.
- Use customer data, testing and insights to improve retention and profitability.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standards across performance and compliance.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience across Marketing
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, personalisation and engagement strategy.
- Data-driven with experience using testing and analytics to improve performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
