Meridian Business Support is recruiting a
Recruitment Resourcer
to join our busy Trafford Park branch, supporting industrial, logistics and manufacturing clients across the region. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing candidates, managing bookings and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial application through to placement.
As a
Recruitment Resourcer , you’ll work closely with clients and candidates to ensure workforce requirements are met quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:Managing recruitment requirements for existing clientsSourcing applicants through job boards, social media and internal databasesConducting telephone pre-screening interviews and candidate registrationsMatching candidates to vacancies and coordinating bookingsBuilding strong relationships with clients through regular communicationCompleting candidate onboarding, Right to Work checks and compliance documentationMaintaining accurate records on the recruitment CRM systemWriting and posting job adverts to attract quality candidatesResponding to client and candidate enquiries via phone and emailBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of available workers for future requirements
We’re keen to speak with individuals who have:Previous experience as a
Recruitment Resourcer , Candidate Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator or within a recruitment support roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailExperience managing compliance and candidate documentationIndustrial, logistics, warehousing or manufacturing recruitment experience would be beneficial
