Onsite Account & Customer Success Manager – 28 Days Holiday

Fulfil.X is seeking an organised Account Manager / Customer Service Executive to join our team in the office. This hands-on role covers client communication, courier and logistics coordination, and internal reporting, acting as the main point of contact for client queries.

You will work closely with our warehouse team to resolve issues quickly, onboard new clients, manage courier relationships, and produce regular reporting for the operations team and leadership.
