Empowering Family Support Worker, Part-Time (Caseload 12-15)

Tandridge Family Centre are recruiting a part-time Family Support Worker to join the Surrey Family Centres network. This 22.5-hour-per-week role is based at the Family Centre in Hurst Green, Oxted, and focuses on families with complex needs, delivering targeted support to children aged 0–19 (25 SEND) and their carers.

You will meet families regularly, complete assessments, provide signposting and group work, and work with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and improve outcomes.
