Customer Care & Sales Support Specialist

Optima Recruitment Limited are assisting a client in Leatherhead to recruit a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist. This varied role combines handling calls, emails and enquiries with accurate order processing and proactive sales support to grow the product portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have solid customer service experience, excellent communication skills and good IT ability (Word/Excel). Working hours are 9am–5:30pm, with a 4pm finish on Fridays; salary is £25,000–£27,000
