Senior Community Psychiatric Nurse – Recovery-Focused Care

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Care Coordinator for the Twickenham Integrated Recovery Hub on a maternity cover basis. The role supports adults with mental health needs; the successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team and report to the Team Manager.

The post requires HCPC/NMC/SWE registration and experience in a mental health community setting is desirable. Flexible working is offered, with a 37.5-hour week and comprehensive NHS benefits.
