Residential Support Worker – Empower ASD Youth to Thrive

The Forum School in Dorset is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to help young people with autism spectrum disorder thrive, grow and reach their potential.

You will empower learners, create a safe, nurturing environment, work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care, and support education and social activities.

The role operates on a two-week rolling rota with alternate weekends off, with salary £40,814–£42,296 per year including overtime.
