Paediatric Occupational Therapist, Band 5 – Hybrid Role

HCRG Care Group is recruiting a Band 5 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Children’s Therapy Service. You will assess, diagnose and treat children with developmental, physical and functional needs, using clinical reasoning to develop SMART therapy plans and reporting results to families and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).

You will work with families, carers and professionals to promote independence, support self-management, and ensure compassionate, personalised care.
