Commercial Cost Controller – Real Estate Development

Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager to own cost control across design and build developments in real estate. The role requires driving early cost planning, challenging designs on price, procurement programs and keeping budgets in check.

You will work with development leads and designers, manage tender processes, monitor cash flow, and protect margins while ensuring contract terms are followed and reports are provided to senior management.
