Purpose:
Work within an established datateam who are responsible for providing T-SQL, PowerBI and API solutions to be leveraged within their applicationsProviding high quality, robust SaaS Management Information solutionsLiaising with stakeholders to understand, document and implement MI requirements
Responsibilities:
Help shape and define theDataGroup practice areaWorking on the architecture, design, development and maintenance of Power BI reports leveraged within applicationsA front footed approach to delivering high quality work
Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of all solutions delivered by the teamWorking with stakeholders to understand requirements & translating into effective reportsWorking with the Project team to formulate detailed, time based plans for the delivery of reports, API’s and other date related deliverablesMaintaining robust reportingdataschema within SQLdatathat facilitates efficient reporting solutions for our clients and ourselvesStaying updated with the latest technologies to continuously improve ourdatacapabilities
Skills and Knowledge:
Highly skilled and experiencedPower BI Reports Analyst with experience working in a SaaS CompanyStrong inter-personal skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to varying levels of individuals internally and externallySelf-starter, takes ownership, able to break down a project into actionable steps and use initiative to move these forwardHave the confidence to work on their own but also to ask for help or direction when requiredStrong time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadlineDiligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard
Experience of the following is essential:
Power BI – advanced knowledgeSQL – ideally advanced knowledgeUnderstandingdatastructures and imparting this knowledge to othersStrong statistical analysis anddatamining skills
Experience of the following would be useful:
Producing MI to be consumed by senior leadersKnowledge of integration with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle and ESRMachine learning techniques
