AMFRESH Group at Alconbury is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to lead the night-shift operation on a 4 on / 4 off pattern. You will own your shift in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, ensuring products move safely, accurately and efficiently while fostering a high-performing team culture.

You will bring proven experience at warehouse shift manager level, with a strong focus on health and safety, people management, and the ability to lead from the front on night shift.
