Senior Community Learning Disability Nurse – PBS Specialist

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Learning Disability Nurse to join the North Tyneside CLDT. You will manage a personal caseload, assess, plan, implement and evaluate high‑quality care for adults with a learning disability across primary and secondary care settings.

You will develop specialised Positive Behavioural Support Plans, support staff development, and participate in audits, training and quality improvement projects. A driving licence is essential.
