Senior Compliance Officer

Rutherford is working with a global asset manager to appoint a Senior Compliance Officer to its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, with exposure to a range of investment strategies and regulatory frameworks across global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Support the compliance advisory function across multiple jurisdictions, including the implementation of new regulations and review of marketing materials.
• Assess emerging regulatory requirements and evaluate their potential impact on the business.
• Contribute to policy drafting, review and providing training across the organisation.
• Produce management information reports, including quarterly compliance reports and board reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a compliance role within asset management or a similar financial services environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships in a competitive environment.
• Experience interacting with investment teams.
