Head Chef – School Catering Leader & Team Builder

George Heriot’s School is seeking a Head Chef to lead the catering team, manage food production, kitchen and front-of-house operations, and maintain high standards in line with the school ethos.

The role includes responsibility for the Refectory and S6 cafe, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service while maintaining cost controls and staff development. A strong passion for quality and working with young people is essential.
