Field-Based Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Learning Coach

Matchtech is seeking a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join our client in Manchester. You will deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices, travel to workplaces, and support learners to achieve milestones and qualifications.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to plan and manage workload.
